Though I am dark skinned, there are times when people I know have said “you’re getting darker, you should do something about it. Try to tone your skin. I'm a huge fan of DIY and homemade formulas, so I decided to write this because I am badly in need of a cleanse. You know, with all the meat I consumed yesterday and all. Lol. Why have a cleanse? I don't know about you guys but I like to get my body ready for the upcoming clean eating by having a juice/smoothie cleanse. It helps to rid the body of toxins and impurities, its healthy, filling and packed with vitamins. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain :). Now, it's important to work with what you have. Don't go spending extra money just because you want to go on a cleanse. If you can afford to go all out, then go ahead. If not, work with what is readily available. The idea here is to get by with a lot of fruits. If you can do without eating food, great!!!. If not, take something light. Say Bye To Acne Scars And Blemishes.

Do this once every 2 weeks for a month and then once a month for 3 months to remove or fade your acne scars and blemishes. Ingredients 1 cup of water 1/2  cup of oatmeal   2 drops of lemon juice   1 tablespoon of pure honey Steps   Mix water, oatmeal and lemon. Allow to cook for 3 minutes. This will help exfoliate your pores and cleanse your skin.    Remove from stove and give it time to cool, then mix in the tablespoon of honey.    Apply to face and let it sit for 20 - 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water, dry face with towel and apply moisturizer.     

Uses Of Baking Soda You Should Know

I mean baking soda not baking powder. It is cheap, effective and easy to use.   *Baking soda can be used as an instant remedy for constipation, heartburn and indigestion. Just add a teaspoon full to a glass of water and drink.   *It neutralizes gassy beans and improves digestion too. Just sprinkle a teaspoon of soda in water  when you wash your beans.   *Helps remove strong odour like garlic and onions. Simply mix with water and rub on hands. Thank me later.

Nothing beats a good night sleep. People are begining to understand the importance of sleep to overall health and wellness. Infact people who sleep less are at risk of developing diseases. To be healthy, everyone needs adequate sleep, regular exercise and a sensible diet. People no longer sleep as much as they used to. With social media, people now use their bedtime to surf the internet, depriving themselves of quality  sleep which in turn affects physical and mental health. Lack of sleep contributes to illnesses such as obesity, heart disease, impaired immunity, memory lapses, mood problems, trouble learning and paying attention,  etc. It is best to remove things that distract you from sleeping from your bed, eg phones, laptops and books. DIY For Oily Skin

The oily skin in my opinion is awesome but that totally depends on how you care for it. The benefits of oily skin are endless including younger looking skin and less wrinkles. So stop complaining and start loving your skin. The mud or clay mask is suitable for all skin types but best for oily skin. It draws excess oil and impurities from the skin. Also a remedy for large pores. Don't Stink; Christmas is coming :-)

Please ladies and gents never step out in a sleeveless without shaving your armpits. As far as I know, it is a major fashion faux pas and can be digusting. Apart from the fact that it doesn't please the eyes, hairy armpits cause body odour. Alot of guys like to argue this fact probably because no one has ever told them that they smell. Stale sweat stinks and hair traps smell. A deodorant is a necessity if you don't want to stink. Investing in a good bottle of perfume isn't a bad idea. With christmas coming, you don't have to be afraid to dole out hugs. People that smell good recieve more hugs! LOL If u do not use deodorant everyday after your shower, then this post is for you.
