Don't lose Your Sleep
Nothing beats a good night sleep. People are begining to understand the importance of sleep to overall health and wellness. Infact people who sleep less are at risk of developing diseases. To be healthy, everyone needs adequate sleep, regular exercise and a sensible diet. People no longer sleep as much as they used to. With social media, people now use their bedtime to surf the internet, depriving themselves of quality sleep which in turn affects physical and mental health. Lack of sleep contributes to illnesses such as obesity, heart disease, impaired immunity, memory lapses, mood problems, trouble learning and paying attention, etc. It is best to remove things that distract you from sleeping from your bed, eg phones, laptops and books.
